Terms of Service

1. Overview

Hathor Solutions LLC (“Hathor Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides consulting services designed to support small and minority-owned businesses with strategic clarity, structural refinement, and operational guidance. By booking or engaging in a consultation, you agree to the terms outlined in this Terms of Service (“TOS”).

These terms apply exclusively to consultation services. Other service branches operating under Hathor Solutions LLC — including website development, design, operational support, or any independently defined service — operate under their own separate Terms of Service and refund policies. Those services do not fall under the policies listed below.

2. Consultation Pricing

All consultations are billed at the rate displayed at the time of booking. Pricing may vary depending on service type or session length.
Rates are subject to change, but any confirmed booking retains the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Payment is required to schedule and secure the session.

3. Consultation Structure

A standard consultation includes:

• A pre-scheduled virtual or in-person meeting (duration determined at booking)

• Tailored guidance based on your business needs

• Clarification of goals, structural insights, and initial strategic recommendations
  
  

If additional time or follow-up sessions are required, they will be offered as optional add-ons at standard rates.

4. Rescheduling & One-Time Transfer

We understand that schedules change. Each client is allowed one complimentary transfer of their scheduled consultation to a new date/time, provided:

• The transfer is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  
  

Transfers requested less than 24 hours in advance may incur a rescheduling fee.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Hathor Solutions provides consulting expertise, preparation, and reserved time for every session. For that reason, the following policies apply:

Refund Eligibility

• 100% refund if cancellation is requested 48+ hours before the session.

• 50% refund if cancellation is requested 24–48 hours before the session.

• 0% refund if cancellation is requested less than 24 hours before the session or if the client misses the session entirely (“no-show”).

Completed Sessions

Once a consultation session has been completed, no refunds are available.
Clients are paying for time, expertise, and strategic guidance — not specific outcomes or deliverables.

6. No Guarantee of Results

All consulting guidance is provided based on professional expertise, but results can vary. Hathor Solutions does not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue increases, operational transformations, or business growth.

Clients remain responsible for implementing recommendations.

7. Scope Limitations

Consultation services do not include:

• Legal, tax, financial, or compliance advice

• Full operational or administrative execution

• Website development, design work, branding, or other specialized services

• Long-term project management unless separately contracted

If you require additional services, they may be offered under separate agreements with their own pricing and terms.

8. Independent Service Branches

Hathor Solutions LLC includes additional service branches—such as:

• Website design & development

• Branding services

• Operational systems setup

• Administrative workflow design

• Any other independently structured service offered under the Hathor Solutions umbrella

These branches:

• Operate under separate Terms of Service,

• Have their own refund and change policies, and

• Are not included under the consultation policies listed here.

Purchasing or engaging with those services is considered a separate agreement.

9. Client Responsibility

By booking with Hathor Solutions, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business

• Attend sessions on time

• Communicate clearly regarding scheduling needs

• Use the recommendations responsibly and ethically

Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect session quality but does not qualify for refunds.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, recommendations, frameworks, documents, and strategies provided during or after a consultation remain the intellectual property of Hathor Solutions LLC.
Clients may use provided insights for their own business but may not resell, publish, or distribute them.

11. Privacy & Confidentiality

Hathor Solutions maintains strict confidentiality with all client information, including business details, strategies, and discussions shared during consultation.

We will never sell or share your information unless legally required.
